Presets for Variax in The Pod XT

Hi,

I know Line 6 has presets with matched guitar and amp settings in the Pod Xt Pro and POD XT live for the Variax.

I was wounding how many there are and if there is a list of them anywhere ?

I have a Variax and The POD Farm Software with all the sound packs.
The software dosen't have presets for Variax users.

Sorry for the late response. If you are still looking...

I usually use the Line6 customtone.com search box and type in 'Variax'. This brought up about 600 patches. Not all will tell you exactly which model was used though.

My PODXT Live bundle has all the guitars programmed with the patches. You can find it here:

I don't have The Pod XT. I just have the Pod Farm software

There isn't any patches on Custom Tone .com

I'm not sure why they don't make them it would be a great help.

kc - do any of your xtlive patches use the custom1/2 banks on the Variax ?

I use the custom variax banks for alternate tunings and have left all the others as the factory defaults.

I guess this is a long way of asking if I need to push your variax patches to my variax in order for your xtlive patches to sound right..... (I'm guessing the answer is yes because you've either changed the custom variax banks and/or tweaked the models i the other banks)....

Apologize in advance if this is a stupid question...I'm still new the the variax/pod scene....
